4.1 Deposits. pk78 accepts deposits via the following Philippine-Eligible Payment Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Deposits are generally credited to your pk78 Wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation. pk78 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment accounts registered in your name. Specifically, withdrawals via GCash or PayMaya will be directed to the mobile wallet number registered to your pk78 Account. Bank transfers will be processed only to a bank account verified as belonging to you during the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is two hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200).
4.3 KYC for Withdrawals. 4.5 Currency. All transactions on the pk78 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). If you deposit via a method that involves currency conversion, the conversion will be performed at the rate applied by your payment provider, not by pk78.

10.3 Excluded Damages. pk78 shall not be liable for: indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; loss of profits or gaming winnings resulting from Platform unavailability; losses arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions; or losses resulting from reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subject to change.
10.4 Force Majeure. pk78 shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions and shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or widespread telecommunications failures.

You agree to contact pk78 customer support in the first instance to allow pk78 the opportunity to address your concern directly.
14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.
